About Ajas Midžan
Ajas Midžan
is an associate in Rojs, Peljhan, Prelesnik & Partners’ competition department, having joined in 2022 following his graduation with distinction (cum laude) at the Faculty of Law, University of Ljubljana (his thesis examined the EU and Slovenian legal framework on renewable energy sources). His practice covers competition law, mergers and acquisitions, and energy regulation, with a focus on merger control, antitrust compliance and the structuring of complex commercial arrangements. In the energy and infrastructure sectors, he advises on regulatory and contractual frameworks governing major projects. Ajas pursued advanced competition law training in Cambridge in 2023 and publishes with Concurrences Antitrust Publications.
