About Alvin Kosgei

Alvin Kosgei is a founding partner of KMK Africa Advocates LLP, and head of the technology, media and telecommunications and dispute resolution teams. An Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, he holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Nairobi. His core practice encompasses commercial litigation, domestic and regional arbitration, media law and technology regulation. Alvin was recently appointed by the Cabinet Secretary of ICT to serve on the board of the Media Council of Kenya, which is Kenya’s foremost statutory agency charged with the regulation of media houses.
