About Alan Bunbury

Alan Bunbury is a partner in the Finance and Capital Markets department at Matheson and advises on all aspects of structured finance, derivatives and netting. Alan commonly advises issuers, investment banks, trustees and asset managers in relation to securitisations, collateralised loan obligations, mortgage-backed securities, repackagings and asset-backed commercial paper programmes, among others. Alan also has extensive experience advising market participants including investment funds, asset managers and investment banks on derivatives, repurchase agreements, securities lending agreements and prime brokerage arrangements.
