He has represented many multinational corporations, Chinese state-owned and private corporations, and private equity/venture capital funds in a wide range of industries, and has a particularly strong background in pharmaceutical and healthcare and TMT. As an expert on M&A, compliance and anti-corruption, as well as the taxation of foreign invested enterprises in China, he has provided several well-known multinational companies with legal opinions on some of the most challenging aspects of foreign investment in China. Mr Zhou is the standing director of CEIBS Alumni Healthcare Association and is also the director of Association of China Compliance Professionals.
