About Albert Morgades

Albert Morgades is a manager in PwC’s private funds department. He focuses on closed-ended fund formation, including vehicle structuring, investor negotiations, and ongoing regulatory compliance. He also advises clients on complex M&A transactions in the asset management sector. Albert holds a BEc and an LLB from Pompeu Fabra University (exchange at the University of Illinois College of Law) and a dual LLM in International Business Law and Advocacy from ESADE Law School and Indiana University. He is a lecturer in Economics at UPF and a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
