About Alberto De Luca

Alberto De Luca has specialised, since 2000, in all aspects of employment law and related litigation. He advises major nationals and multinationals and advises on private equity and M&A transactions, as well as large reorganisations and restructurings. Alberto worked first in the United Kingdom and between 2001 and 2006 in one of the Italian leading business firms, to continue as a partner in top tier boutiques. Alberto is admitted to the Milan Bar and to advocate before the Supreme Court. He is member of leading international associations, including IBA, Labor Commission of the Chartered-Accountants, AGI, EELA, ABA and IPBA.
