About Alberto Malta

Alberto Malta is a seasoned legal professional with strong expertise in regulatory frameworks, structured operations and relations between the public and private sectors, particularly in complex matters arising in Brasília. As the Founding Partner of Malta Advogados, in the area of public law, he specialises in constitutional law, administrative law and regulatory matters. In addition to being a doctoral candidate, he holds a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Brasília (UnB). He is actively involved in academic and professional organisations, contributing to legal advancements through teaching, research and leadership roles in prominent legal commissions and study groups.
