About Aleksandra Bańkowska

Aleksandra Bańkowska is an advocate and partner of PwC Legal Poland and head of its Poland banking and finance department. She has over 18 years of experience in advising banks, insurance companies and other regulated entities in the Polish financial sector. She has advised on bank/mortgage bank establishment, the transformation of banks into branches of credit institutions, M&A of banks and connected proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, the establishment of Polish bank branches abroad and the passporting process for foreign branches of banks into Poland.
