About Alejandro Mosqueda

Alejandro Mosqueda is a senior associate at Ritch Mueller, with more than eight years’ experience in advising domestic and international financial institutions on financial transactions and regulatory matters. His practice focuses on derivatives, securities lending and repo transactions, as well as regulatory advisory in Mexico. Alejandro advises leading global and local banks on the structuring, negotiation and implementation of transactions in the Mexican market, and has participated in the design and drafting of the industry’s standard documentation for repos, derivatives and collateral arrangements. His work also involves providing regulatory advice to fintech companies and market participants on licensing and compliance matters.
