Alex Huang (Hai) is the managing partner of Llinks’ Shenzhen office. Blending transactional expertise with dispute resolution prowess, he resolves commercial conflicts with a transaction-oriented approach and preempts risks through a litigator’s lens. He has served as presiding or sole arbitrator in over 300 arbitration cases, facilitating substantive dispute settlements. As lead counsel, he has represented clients in hundreds of civil and commercial litigation and arbitration matters, delivering full-cycle support from property preservation to enforcement of final judgments.
