About Alex Wagemann

Alex Wagemann is a Chilean lawyer with a Master’s degree in International Construction from the University of Stuttgart (Germany) and postgraduate studies at the Faculties of Engineering of the University of Chile and the University of Santiago. Recognised by legal rating agencies and directories, he is known for bridging legal and technical disciplines in complex engineering and construction projects – an uncommon combination in the industry. With nearly 30 years of experience across 20 countries, he has acted as counsel, contract adviser, technical expert, expert witness, dispute board member and arbitrator. He is the founding partner of WL Experts & Advisors.
