About Alexandra P. Moylan

Alexandra P. Moylan is a shareholder in Baker Donelson’s Baltimore office and a member of the firm’s Health Law Group and Data Privacy and Cybersecurity Team. She advises health systems, academic medical centres, and life sciences organisations on artificial intelligence governance, data privacy, and the regulatory requirements surrounding the use of AI in clinical care and research. Alex regularly counsels clients on AI governance frameworks, data use and sharing, clinical research compliance, and AI-enabled technology transactions. She holds both Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional (AIGP) and CIPP/US certifications.
