About Alfred Kossuth Wieland

Alfred Kossuth Wieland is a senior partner in the corporate practice at Thorne, Echeandia & Lema Abogados, with extensive experience in advising local and foreign companies. He specialises in corporate and commercial law, M&A, compliance and foreign investments. Alfred holds a law degree from the University of Lima and an LLM from Duke University School of Law; he also completed a Compliance and Good Corporate Practices Programme at Universidad del Pacifico and a FinTech Programme at Harvard University. He has written several articles in Peruvian and foreign legal publications (including the United Kingdom and Austria), and is a member of the Lima Bar Association.
