Qualified in Taiwan and New York, he brings a cross-border perspective and bilingual proficiency to advising international and domestic clients. His notable works include a EUR1 billion infrastructure project mediation and leading the set-up of 20+ Luxembourg fund operations in Taiwan for a global asset manager with USD3 trillion AUM.
