About Ali Al Dabbagh

Ali Al Dabbagh is a senior associate in the corporate commercial department at Al Tamimi. He is a member of the Iraqi Bar association and a New York Attorney. Ali has extensive experience in the Iraq oil and gas sector, and in advising on international commercial litigation and transactions. He recently worked on a multimillion-dollar construction litigation concerning an oil refinery involving multiple international parties and a parallel consolidated ICC arbitration proceeding. He also frequently provides Iraqi commercial advice and handles litigation cases where foreign law has to be applied by Iraqi courts or where arbitration is raised as a defence.
