About Ali Kabir Shah

Ali Kabir Shah is a partner at Ali & Associates and has over two decades of experience dealing with contentious and non-contentious IP matters including media, information technology, licensing, franchising and competition law. Mr Shah has appeared before the High Courts of Pakistan and key regulatory bodies. Having served as the former International Vice President of the Asian Patent Attorneys’ Association, Ali is also an active member of several leading associations, including INTA, IBA and MARQUES. Ali has also co-authored a manual on the evolution of IP laws issued by the Overseas Investor’s Chamber of Commerce & Industry (OICCI) as well as various international publications.
