About Ali Khan

Ali Khan is an advocate of the High Court, a barrister-at-law and the founder of Ali Khan Law Associates. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of Pennsylvania, a postgraduate diploma in law from the College of Law (England) and was called to the Bar of England and Wales (Lincoln’s Inn). From being part of the first PPP project to be successfully implemented at the provincial level to advising on the last project to have successfully closed, Ali’s work in the country’s PPP arena has shaped its contractual framework and policy development. The legal documentation developed by him continues to be the industry standard for contractual arrangements across multiple sectors.
