She offers expertise in merger control mandates, competition authority investigations and sector inquiries. She also provides assistance with compliance issues and risk assessments. Alina has contributed to a number of industry publications and she is a regular speaker at various competition law events. She is also an active member of the Competition and State Aid Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Romania.
