About Arthur Long
Arthur Long
is a partner in Latham’s New York office. He has represented US and non-US institutions on bank regulatory issues for over 30 years. He advises on the bank regulatory aspects of M&A and capital markets transactions, bank regulatory compliance issues, resolution planning and Volcker Rule issues. He has significant experience with bank securities offerings and issues unique to non-US banks operating or seeking to operate in the USA. Arthur also counsels fintech and virtual currency companies on regulatory issues relating to their businesses. He was a law clerk to The Honorable Clarence Thomas during the October 1997 US Supreme Court Term.
