is the managing partner of Concern Dialog Law Firm, heading the firm's litigation and arbitration practice. Aram initially joined the firm in 2009 as a senior associate. From 2011–14 he acted as the Deputy Minister of Justice of RA, responsible for a number of e-government reforms as well as reforms of civil procedure, ADR and legislation related to the State Register Agency of Legal Entities, Civil Status Acts Registry Office, notary system, advocacy, and broader reform of civil legislation. After resigning from public service, Aram joined the firm as deputy director and senior partner. Additionally, he is the co-founder and chairperson of the Arbitrators’ Association of the Republic of Armenia.
