Ariana has an IP, commercial and consumer and technology background, and regularly advises clients across all of these practice areas. Ariana is a key member of the firm's data protection taskforce, has been at the fore of developments in data protection and privacy in Kenya, and has considerable experience in advising both local and international clients. She focuses on advising clients on both the demand and supply side of a range of commercial agreements, including supply of goods/services, e-commerce payment services and platform integration, software licensing and distribution, cloud services, agency and distribution, franchising, licensing, IP exploitation and brand enforcement, and confidentiality.
