About Arjun Gadhoke

Arjun Gadhoke specialises in IP litigation and has expertise in SEP and technology patent cases. He has managed high-stakes disputes involving telecommunications, audio and video coding SEPs. He also has extensive experience in issues such as confidentiality clubs, anti-suit injunctions and pro tem deposits, and frequently appears before the Delhi High Court. In addition to patent matters, Arjun has successfully litigated trade mark defences for major corporations, and provides strategic legal opinions on trade mark and design matters. He secured his law degree (BA, LLB) from the Army Institute of Law, and is enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
