About Armando Simbari

Armando Simbari is the founder and managing partner of Simbari Avvocati Penalisti. He has over 20 years of experience advising and representing leading Italian and international companies and their executives in complex white-collar crime proceedings and internal investigations, including cross-border matters. His practice covers corporate, banking, financial and bankruptcy-related offences, as well as bribery and corporate administrative liability under Legislative Decree No 231/2001. He regularly advises on criminal risk, compliance and crisis management and has served as a member and chair of Supervisory Bodies (Organismi di Vigilanza). He is a member of the International Bar Association and the UAE European Lawyers Union.
