About Asim Hashimov

Asim Hashimov is a manager at KPMG Law Azerbaijan. Prior to joining KPMG in 2018, he worked for many years as in-house lawyer at one of the biggest banks in Azerbaijan. Asim advises both international and local companies from various industries on a wide range of Azerbaijani law matters, with core expertise in banking, energy, contract, and corporate law, as well as personal data protection, labour, and migration. He provides comprehensive legal support on corporate registration, deregistration, state registry data changes and the labour law compliance services. Asim has been a member of the Azerbaijani Bar Association since April 2025.
