About Athina Palli

Athina Palli (partner of ppl) has been a member of the team since 2017 and has a strong track record in major structured finance transactions, particularly securitisations and covered bond issuances. She played a key role in establishing one of the largest Greek servicers and has advised on all significant NPL transactions since. Her experience includes HAPS NPL securitisations, the first performing electricity utilities securitisation, the first Greek reverse securitisation and innovative real estate financings. She has also acted on numerous NPL securitisations and direct portfolio sales across primary and secondary markets. In recent years, she has expanded into ECM work, advising on ABBs, private placements and IPOs. Athina is a member of the Athens Bar Association.
