Axel van der Staak is a partner in and co-head of the banking and finance practice of Osborne Clarke in Amsterdam. He is an all-round banking specialist, comfortable with advising on general corporate financings, real estate transactions, leveraged buyouts and project (renewables) financings. In addition, Axel has experience in restructuring and workouts.
