Ayman Abdulaziz Ali
is a partner in the firm’s litigation department. He has over 30 years of experience and represents a broad portfolio of clients. His focus is on civil law, arbitration law, Shariah and white-collar crimes. His principal areas of expertise are commercial and construction disputes, professional negligence, director's liability, defending banks, acting on behalf of foreign principals in principal/agency disputes, insolvency, financial restructuring and re-organisation through court supervised proceedings. Ayman has the right to appear before the Omani and Egyptian Supreme Court. Relevant recent publications include the article “The Effect of Nullified Arbitral Award on the Arbitration Agreement”.
