About Azaria Wallace

Azaria Wallace is an associate designate at Dr. Weder, Kruger & Haikali Inc. She advises on corporate law, emerging oil and gas, energy and mining law, corporate due diligence, and transactional matters. She further advises clients on commercial agreements, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance and due diligence, dispute resolution, public procurement, and cross-border transactions. Azaria holds an LLM in Oil and Gas Law from the University of Aberdeen and is a member of the Association of International Energy Negotiators (AIEN). She also volunteers with the United Nations Association of Scotland and United House of Scotland in support of initiatives relating to the Conference of the Parties (COP) process.
