is a senior associate and Corporate Desk team leader at Geni & Kebe. Starting his career at the West African Reserve Bank, Boubacar joined Geni & Kebe in 2009. His practice focuses on corporate and investment law and he also oversees commercial transactions including mergers and acquisition, corporate restructuring and securities. Interested in international and investment law, he has been seconded to major law firms in London for the International Lawyer for Africa (ILFA) programme. Amongst other publications, Mr Diakite has written an overview of the mergers and acquisition transactions under OHADA Law, and a guide on securities and banking in Senegal.
