About Borja Martín
Borja Martín
is a partner in Deloitte Legal’s M&A team, co-leading the private equity group. He has extensive experience providing legal advice on M&A transactions across various sectors, including private equity, energy and infrastructure, representing both domestic and international corporate players and private equity firms. He also regularly advises on corporate and commercial matters and serves as secretary to the board of directors of several companies. Borja is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
