About Barry A. Posner

Barry A. Posner is a partner at Kudman Trachten Aloe Posner, co-manager of the firm, and chair of the firm’s Corporate and Commercial Department. Barry’s primary focus is on commercial transactions, often in the healthcare sector, including debt and equity financings, domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital financing, and complex commercial lending transactions. At KTAP, Barry oversees the corporate transactional practice as well as the healthcare and regulatory groups. He also assists in internal and independent investigations in regulated industries, particularly false claims, AKS and Stark investigations.
