About Beverley Morris

Beverley Morris has devoted her professional working life to family law with a sharp focus on financial remedy work involving complex asset structures and/or difficult questions of law and/or potential enforcement issues which involve jurisdictional matters. She continues to represent the mother in the long-running litigation widely reported as Moses Taiga which has concerned numerous issues on maintenance pending suit/Hemain/anti-suit injunctions/recognition of a foreign marriage/Schedule 1 Children Act 1989. She represented Graham Mills in the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court on issues concerning spousal maintenance. She had success in the Court of Appeal representing the wife in Aly v Aly. She has written widely on aspects concerning pensions on divorce.
