About Beyza Günsel Sürücü

Beyza Günsel Sürücü is an associate in Erdem & Erdem’s tax department, advising domestic and international clients on tax and customs disputes, tax inspections, reconciliation procedures, tax litigation and tax advisory. She is also pursuing an LLM degree in International Tax Law at the University of Amsterdam and is expected to graduate in August 2026. Her practice encompasses tax-efficient corporate restructurings – including mergers, spin-offs, company conversions, capital in-kind contributions and asset transactions – as well as insolvency and bankruptcy-related tax advisory. She also advises on corporate law matters, including general assembly processes and capital restructurings. Combining contentious and advisory expertise, she supports clients through both strategic structuring and implementation phases.
