About Ben Fox

Ben Fox is a partner in and co-head of Osborne Clarke՚s banking and finance practice in Amsterdam. Ben advises lenders (including banks, funds, and alternative credit providers) and borrowers on a wide range of loan products. Since 2001, he has worked on many of the most complex financings in the Dutch market, spanning investment-grade corporate loans, acquisition financings, asset-backed and real estate financings, structured senior and mezzanine facilities, trade and commodity financings and bespoke debt structures for specific projects. He is English-qualified and combines an international practice with a substantial Dutch domestic practice, guiding clients through all phases of their transactions.
