About Benito Zelaya

Benito Zelaya is a managing partner at Lexincorp Honduras, with an outstanding track record as a party lawyer and arbitrator in complex litigation and national and international arbitrations. Benito is a specialist in corporate law, infrastructure and FIDIC contracts, with extensive experience in Dispute Boards. He is the Founder and President of the Honduran Chapter of the Spanish Arbitration Club, and an active member of ICC, ALARB and ALDEC. His leadership is reflected in his role as a trainer in alternative dispute resolution methods for the Tegucigalpa Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Bar Association and the College of Civil Engineers.
