Ben works extensively with financial services clients investigating and prosecuting various forms of fraud, including fraudulent conveyances, and regularly assists in asset tracing and recovery. He has worked on numerous high-profile corporate fraud and securities fraud cases, including as counsel in one of the largest securities fraud cases in Canadian history.
