About Benjamín Torres

Benjamín Torres specialises in competition law, with over ten years of experience dedicated to this field. He has advised national and international clients on high-profile FNE investigations and complex litigation involving anti-competitive practices, including abuse of dominance, cartels and merger control in regulated and unregulated markets. He is a member of the Chilean Bar Association and has published several academic articles on competition law. Before joining Cuatrecasas, he was a senior lawyer in the competition and regulated markets team of a leading local firm. Benjamín graduated summa cum laude with an LL.B. from Universidad de Chile.
