About Benoit Pape

Benoit Pape is a counsel at Gide Loyrette Nouel in the Casablanca projects (finance and infrastructure) team, where he has been based since 2016. Benoit specialises in the development of large-scale energy and infrastructure projects in Morocco, with a particular focus on renewable energy, electricity distribution, power purchase agreements and regulatory matters. He regularly advises governments, administrative authorities, sponsors and lenders, and has contributed to the drafting of Moroccan legislation on electricity distribution, waste management and industrial zones.
