About Beret Sundet

Beret Sundet leads BAHR’s EU and competition practice, and is one of Norway’s most experienced competition lawyers. Beret has extensive experience in antitrust, merger control, state aid and public procurement. She has previously worked as a national expert within the European Commission’s DG Competition. Beret has substantial experience handling competition law proceedings before the Norwegian courts and the EFTA Court, as well as before authorities like the Norwegian Competition Authority, the Competition Appeals Tribunal, the EFTA Surveillance Authority and the European Commission. Additionally, Beret advises life science clients on regulatory issues, including data protection, marketing authorisation, price and reimbursement, and substitution-related issues.
