About Bernardo Massella Ducci Teri

Bernardo Massella Ducci Teri is a partner at Cleary Gottlieb and focuses his practice on Italian and EU contentious and advisory financial regulatory matters and domestic and cross-border crisis management (regulatory enforcement, internal investigations, white-collar and commercial litigation) involving financial institutions and clients in other sectors. In 2016 and 2017, he was resident in the firm's Washington, DC office and from September 2019 to March 2020 was seconded to the global litigation and Italian criminal advice proceedings and investigations group of a major financial institution.
