About Bill Jenkins

Bill Jenkins is an experienced corporate transactional lawyer based in Dentons’ Calgary office who advises on the structuring and implementation of complex debt and equity financings, project financings, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures, particularly in the energy, infrastructure and communications industries. Bill chaired the National Partnership Board of Dentons Canada from 2009 to 2015 and participated in the formation of Dentons, serving as global vice chair of Dentons from 2012 until the end of 2015. Earlier in his career, Bill advised the Canadian Bankers’ Association in Alberta and chaired the securities law section of the Canadian Bar Association.
