Bill acts for domestic and international banks, investment firms, fintech firms, asset managers, funds and fund promoters and international law firms. He advises on Irish and EU financial services regulation, and has advised on the establishment of investment firms, credit institutions and e-money institutions in Ireland. Bill has also advised on several financial institution M&A transactions, as well as Central Bank of Ireland inspections and risk mitigation programmes. He is a member of the Incorporated Law Society of Ireland and the Walkers FinTech group.
