About Bisera Andrijašević

Bisera Andrijašević is a partner and head of BDK Advokati’s life sciences and healthcare group, with a focus on regulatory issues. Based in the firm’s Montenegrin office, she works closely with teams across all jurisdictions in which the firm operates. She advises pharmaceutical, medical device, biotechnology and healthcare clients on a range of life sciences matters, including marketing authorisations, pricing and reimbursement, clinical trials, promotion and advertising, pharmacovigilance, market access, distribution models, compliance frameworks and interactions with regulatory authorities. She has significant experience in competition law and co-heads the firm’s competition practice, advising on merger control, antitrust investigations, dawn raids, distribution systems and compliance programmes.
