About Bjørn-Erik Leerberg

Bjørn-Erik Leerberg has more than 25 years' experience as a private practitioner with PwC and Simonsen, as a senior civil servant with the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Petroleum and Energy, and as a lecturer. He is a partner in the Oslo office and heads the oil and gas team. He advises administrations, NOCs, IOCs and international organisations on public and commercial law, business development, negotiations and disputes. He advises on legal aspect of exploration, development of fixed or floating production (including FLNG), sale and transportation of natural gas, and decommissioning. He has been involved with clients and assignments in Europe, the CIS, Africa, South-East Asia, Latin America and the Middle East.
