Bryan Chan is a senior associate in the Litigation and Regulatory Department of DLA Piper. He has vast experience in handling international arbitrations and domestic litigation concerning shareholder disputes, breach of directors’ duties, insolvency and winding-up, breach of trust, fraud, property management and defamation. He regularly advises and represents clients in international arbitrations administered by HKIAC, LCIA, CIETAC and SIAC.
