About Brad Dumbacher

Brad Dumbacher is a trade attorney in Holland & Knight’s Washington, DC office and a member of the International Trade group. Before becoming an attorney in private practice, Mr Dumbacher served as a policy adviser in the US Treasury Department’s Office of Investment Security, and much of his practice focuses on representing domestic and international clients in reviews by the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States and industrial security assessments. Brad has assisted in negotiating several national security agreements and establishing related compliance programmes, and has advised clients on a wide range of international trade and national security matters arising from complex, strategic M&A, venture capital and private equity transactions, including export controls, sanctions, anti-corruption and anti-boycott, and industrial security considerations. He has also assisted clients in responding to congressional inquiries, internal investigations and related matters.
