Brian O'Meara is an experienced litigator with extensive state and federal trial and appellate experience. He has tried numerous cases involving a wide range of disputes, and has briefed and argued appeals in courts across the country, including the Sixth, Seventh and Ninth Circuits. Brian's practice focuses on complex commercial and financial services litigation. He has represented clients in class actions, business torts, breach of contract matters, commercial landlord-tenant disputes, and cases involving financial institutions.
