About Brittany A. Bolen

Brittany A. Bolen is a partner at Sidley Austin LLP, where she has a wide-ranging regulatory and enforcement practice in which she draws upon her extensive, senior-level experience in the federal government. Brittany assists clients with a full suite of regulatory and enforcement matters, strategic advice on federal funding and voluntary programmes, and environmental diligence for transactions. She joined Sidley from the US Environmental Protection Agency where she served as Senior Counsel to the Administrator and the Associate Administrator for Policy under the first Trump Administration.
