About Gonzalo Cordero

Gonzalo Cordero has developed a successful career in arbitration and complex litigation before civil courts. He has represented several banks (Banco Santander, BCI, Merrill Lynch, Citibank) and public works concessionaries (ISA/Intervial, Abertis). He has also developed a renowned practice regarding construction disputes representing construction companies (Ingevec, Icafal, Besalco), principals (HydroChile) and contractors (ABB). He has ample experience in post M&A conflicts and class actions, representing utilities (ESVAL, Aguas del Valle) and banks in several cases. Mr Cordero has successfully represented regulated clients in high-profile administrative litigation (GlaxoSmithKline, Ferrovial, Cencosud, Ingevec). Mr Cordero was appointed to the arbitrators’ roster of the National Arbitration Centre, having served as an arbitrator on several occasions.
