He has ample experience in post M&A conflicts and class actions, representing utilities (ESVAL, Aguas del Valle) and banks in several cases. Mr Cordero has successfully represented regulated clients in high-profile administrative litigation (GlaxoSmithKline, Ferrovial, Cencosud, Ingevec).
