About Gaël Rivière

Gaël Rivière is an associate within Bredin Prat’s financial services and insurance regulation team, advising on securities law and corporate governance issues, M&A and private equity deals. He also counsels French and international companies on banking and financial regulatory matters. Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2017, Gaël is a graduate of the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas, with his Master’s in business and corporate law awarded in 2013 and a Master's in banking and financial law awarded in 2014. He was a gold medallist in five-a-side football at the 2024 Paris Paralympic Games, and is President of the French Handisport Federation.
